SYCAMORE SEWER PROJECT

The proposed project is for the reconstruction of the combined sewer along Sycamore Street between Howard Street and Barberry Street. The project includes the construction of approximately 626 linear feet of 36-inch combined sewer along Sycamore Street with a bulkhead at the upstream end and a drop manhole and connection to the existing 90-inch Howard combined sewer at the downstream end. The project also includes the complete removal and replacement of the roadway storm sewer, the concrete roadway, concrete sidewalk, and concrete driveway approaches. The anticipated start date is November 10, 2025. The project should be substantially completed, including all underground construction, by February 13, 2026, with final completion by May 14, 2026.
