OUTREACH GOALS: 6% DVBE Requirement

The project consists of the design and construction of a new multi-story Science Building of
approximately 56,500 GSF. The new Energy Innovation Building will include a combination of
offices, research laboratories, teaching labs, a capstone design laboratory, and a versatile flex-design event space. Additionally, the scope encompasses the creation of flexible outdoor
spaces that provide dynamic areas for engagement and interaction. This project is a
collaborative design-build and falls under Public Works and Prevailing Wage regulations.

Anticipated Trade Bid Packages Posted date: 10/24/25
Estimated Construction Start Date: 01/01/26
Estimated Construction Completion Date: 06/16/27
