Summary

The purpose of this invitation is to establish pricing for the nightly sweeping of hard surface areas and the collection of litter of the Ohio Expositions Center during the length of, one day before and one of several days after the closing of the Ohio State Fair.  The several days gap immediately following the fair is anticipated for fair vendors to exit the fairgrounds prior to the final cleaning of the entire hard surface area taking place.

The Ohio State Fair will operate from July 29 through August 9, 2026.  This contract will commence in the late evening (PM) of July 28, 2026, with preparations for the opening of the Ohio State Fair, continue nightly through early morning (AM) August 9th, 2024, and finish one day the week immediately following the Ohio State Fair between August 10 th and 12th.
