Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove existing cold-water meters, registers, and reading device, and install approximately 6,000 new cold-water meters, encoder registers, radio frequency meter interface units (MIU) and coordination with automatic meter reading (AMR) system.
