Swaner Pumphouse Repairs and Fencing Replacement

Repairs to the historic pumphouse, removal of barbed wire fencing, and repairs to boundary fencing, including smooth wire and T-posts.

Access to the site will require walking down a hill over uneven terrain and crossing a small stream. A temporary stream crossing could be installed by the contractor for access. Bids and work will require coordination with Swaner staff to access the site.
