Swale Liner Maintenance - Area A & Area B

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic RFP is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Swale Liner Maintenance - Area A & Area B to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this RFP. It is the intent of the City to enter into a per unit fixed price contract to perform all necessary maintenance services for City swale liners in Area A & B.

The City has an estimated 960 miles of drainage swale liner installed, of which approximately 475 miles are in Area A, and 485 in Area B. The proposer should be aware that the City is continually installing additional swale liners within road right-of-ways. Proposers will be required to maintain the additional sites as growth continues throughout the City.

The selected proposer will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, and supervision necessary to comply with the specifications set forth herein.

The vast majority of the service locations are located in residential neighborhoods and the interaction and care needed to provide these reoccurring services needs to provide positive flow to the swale drainage within private residential homes.
