The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase and delivery of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels. This RFP covers equipment procurement only. No installation, engineering, or construction services are included. State agencies and affiliates may also utilize this contract on an as-needed basis.
