SW-46 HILLANDALE ROAD SIDEWALK (U-4726 HN)
The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by Bidders at 1:00 PM on Tuesday,
August 25, 2026, for Contract SW-46 Hillandale Road Sidewalk (U-4726 HN), at 101 City
Hall Plaza, 3rd Floor, Durham, North Carolina. This project involves the furnishing of all
materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of
new sidewalks and various improvements to the road surface.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
Bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference at 11:00 AM on 08/11/2026.

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
