ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids will be accepted by the Mountain Home Water & Wastewater Department for a Utility Pipe Jacking (Bore) project for the SW Collection System Project. Bids should be mailed or brought to 720 South Hickory Street, Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653, by 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 pm at the Mountain Home City Hall, 720 South Hickory Street, Mountain Home Arkansas 72653.
There are 2 Alternatives available for bidding the project:
Alternate 1: Generally consists of furnishing and installing a 24” encasement pipe under Arkansas State Highway 62/412 with a 12” carrier pipe, installation of appurtenances, and short sections of 12” ductile iron gravity sewer pipe on each side of the encasement. Please write on the sealed envelope “Bid for Alternate 1 for Utility Pipe Jacking (Bore) including Encasement Pipe, Carrier Pipe, and Appurtenances for the SW Collection System Project.”
Alternate 2: Generally consists of furnishing and installing only the 24” encasement pipe under Arkansas State Highway 62/412. Please write on the sealed envelope “Bid for Alternate 2 for Utility Pipe Jacking (Bore) including Encasement Pipe and End Seals for the SW Collection System Project.”

The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the Engineer: Garver, LLC, 4701 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118; 501-376-3633; Kirby Rowland, PE; email – kbrowland@garverusa.com .
Prospective bidders may examine copies of the Bidding Documents at Garver, LLC, on Monday through Friday by calling ahead and making arrangements between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Bidding Documents may also be examined by contacting Johnny Dewey at the City of Mountain Home at 870-425-4708 on Monday through Friday by calling ahead and making arrangements between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
