SW-110C CEI Services for Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter Repairs
The City of Durham will accept Qualifications submittals from Bidders until 4:00 PM on Thursday,
October 8, 2026, for Contract "SW-110C CEI Services for Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter Repairs".
This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Engineers) to provide Inspection &
Ombudsperson services. Inspection services may be required for various types of repairs
including sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway aprons and curb ramps associated with sidewalk
repair and preservation projects for locations throughout the City. Ombudsperson services and
project management are other services that may be required.

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
The virtual pre-submittal conference will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, September 21,
2026. The pre-submittal meeting for this project will be a virtual meeting for which the details
will be provided 24 hours in advance, on the project webpage:

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
