Structure and Bridge RFP No.: SB20230316 Project: SW Bridge Structural Health Monitoring Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional and /or surveying services requirements in order to establish baseline conditions and to monitor deformations, deflections, rotations, and vibrations of structures. The type of structures include, but are not limited to bridges, buildings, tunnels, islands, utilities, culverts, and walls throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as requested by the Department.
