Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) has need to procure the following calibration and maintenance services for an Anton Paar SVM 3001 Kinematic Viscometer:

On-site Preventative Maintenance to include:
- Instrument Cleaning
- Replacement of normal wear parts
- Check of outer conditions
- Electrical and mechanical functional checks
- Adjustments as needed
- Filled out Maintenance Report

Calibration Services to include:
- Unit calibrations in accordance with industry standards
- Calibration certificate signed by performing Service Engineer

Telephone Assistance to include:
- Phone/email support to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction(s) wherever practical.

Vendor shall allow one (1) JOAP Technician to observe the unit during calibration and repair.
- Vendor shall provide tools and parts necessary to perform preventative maintenance and calibration.
- Vendor to provide for up to 3 additional option years for calibration and maintenance services.
SWRMC is seeking Contractors under NAICS 811210, PSC J066, with the capability to provide the above mentioned calibration and maintenance services. Interested Contractors are requested to provide capability statements and lead times if the information is available. The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement.
