The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: Qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide various domestic and exotic tree maintenance services and mangrove trimming. (NOTE: Bidder may bid on all or part of the service

categories listed. The City reserves the right to split award of this bid based on service category as

deemed in the best interest of the City.)

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:  Licenses and/or certifications are required based on the type of

services. Bidder must provide copies of all licenses and certification to perform the services.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  May 20, 2025 at3:00 PM ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference:  May 28, 2025at11:00 AMETat Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: June 2, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  June 4, 2025at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  #F2024118/SVC-TREETRIM/2425.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.    The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.

Bidders who obtain Solicitation Packages from sources other than www.pgorda.com shall officially register receipt of the solicitation with the City’s Procurement Division through the website by viewing the On-Line Solicitation AND accept receipt of each document attached to the solicitation.  This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addendum or other official communications.  Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation Package requirements as provided by the City.
