The City desires to contract with a Contractor to provide services to haul raw sewage or liquid sludge from the point of a spill or service location to the City’s disposal destination within the service area as may be required. City reserves the right to award this solicitation to multiple contractors if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
