The City of Punta Gorda is seeking removal of existing 1,342 Sq. Ft. flooring inclusive of an existing ADA ramp. Prepping subfloor and ramp for installation of new vinyl glue down plank flooring per manufacturer’s recommendations in compliance with Florida Code as well as any other code(s) deemed applicable to complete the necessary improvements.
FEMA Requirements
