The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving submittal packages at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE:  The City desires to contract with a qualified, competent and certified Contractor to perform the following two phases of office relocation services:

1. Two office units for pick up from the City Hall Annex and moved to the Herald Court Centre at 117 Herald Court, Suite 211, Punta Gorda.
2. Two office units for pick up from the Towles Plaza at 2705 Tamiami Trail, Units 113 & 217, Punta Gorda and moved to the City Hall Annex.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  July 24, 2025 at 3 PM ET

Non- Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference will be held on July 25, 2025 at 10:00 am ET – Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

SITE VISIT SCHEDULE (Bidder may attend at least one of the scheduled site visits.  The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule):  July 25, 2025, immediately following the Non-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference, and   July 28, 2025, at 11:00 am ET at the following locations:  City Hall Annex, 2 ^nd floor 2) Herald Court Center, and 3) Towles Plaza Unit 113 & 217

DUE DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMITTING A SUBMITTAL PACKAGE IS:

July 31, 2025 at 3:00 pm ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  Q2024117/SVC-OFFICEMOVEMULTI/2425.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.

The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

Bidders who obtain Solicitation Packages from sources other than www.pgorda.com shall officially register receipt of the solicitation with the City’s Procurement Division through the website by viewing the On-Line Solicitation AND accept receipt of each document attached to the solicitation.  This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addendum or other official communications.  Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation Package requirements as provided by the City.
