The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE:Competent and experienced Contractor to provide all labor, equipment and all incidentals to perform ditch mowing services at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Punta Gorda.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:  No Licenses are required to perform services for this project.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  September 8, 2025at3:00 PM ET

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline:  September 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  September 16, 2025at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  #F2024139/SVC-DITCHMOW/1625.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.    The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.
