The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: The City is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified AV Integrators for end-to-end design, purchase, and installation of a Modern Audio/Visual System at city Council Chambers, Punta Gorda, Florida.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:  State of Florida Certified Electrical Contractor (EC) or  Combination/Alternative:  State of Florida Limited Energy Systems Specialty Contractor (ES) and Certified Electrician Subcontractor (EC) are required to perform services for this project.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  May 14, 2026,at3:00 PM  ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference:  May 19, 2026,at10:00 AM ETat Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Mandatory Site Visit Schedule: Bidder must attend at least one of the scheduled site visits.  The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule):  Immediately following the Pre-submittal meeting May 19, 2026,and May 21, 2026,at9:00 AM ET.

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline:  May 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  June 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  #R2025105/SVC-AVCHAMBER/0251.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.    The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.
