The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a vendor to deliver a SUV 2025 AWD SUV, INTERMEDIATE, 4 DR, 5 PASS, MIN 5500 GVWR in Tapachula, Chiapas or Mexico City, Mexico, which includes full warranty with Mexican car dealers located in Chiapas, Mexico.
The selected offeror will be fully responsible for deliver the vehicle as described in the RFQ document that will be published on SAM.gov; including obtaining any local government permits and licenses to deliver the required vehicle, taking into consideration security standards that will be mentioned in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers elements listed below, and, if a discrepancy is identified, will be responsible to flag it on in the quotation.
All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to deliver the vehicle. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation:
- Be able to understand written and spoken English;
- Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
- Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
- Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
- Meet all local insurance requirements;
- Have the ability to obtain a performance and guarantee bond and a payment bond, or to post adequate performance security, such as irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution;
- Have no adverse criminal record;
- Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States;
- Have good experience and past performance records;
- Identify specialized experience and technical competence required to complete the required service in accordance with this request.
