Project Description: The Sutter County Department of Health and Human Services, Children’s Services Branch, Child Welfare Services (CWS) is soliciting proposals from public or private agencies to contract for services in the preparation and completion of the California Child and Family Services Review (C-CFSR), which includes consultation services for the Peer Review (PR), County Self-Assessment (CSA) and System Improvement Plan (SIP). This request defines the scope of services and outlines the requirements that must be met by all respondents interested in providing such services.
