Sealed bids wills be received by the Division of Purchasing, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, OH 43221 until 8:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2025 for the following project:

2025 Sustainable Sewer Solutions

Pre-bid meeting will be held March 24, 2025 @ 9:00 A.M Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA25-36) by March 27, 2025 by 8:00 AM.

The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids.

Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, handicap status, or veteran status.

These bids will be opened and publicly read at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2025.
