Susquehanna County Recreation Center Site Work

Project Description: Susquehanna County Recreation Center is soliciting a qualified General Contractor for the site work for a new recreation center in New Milford, PA. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026, after which bids will be opened privately, but Lump Sum amounts will be publicly available after review. Prospective bidders are invited to attend an optional prebid meeting and site walkthrough on June 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at 29 Outdoor Drive, New Milford, PA 18834. The project team will respond to Bidders’ questions received until June 11, 2026.
The project consists of site clearing, earthwork, retaining walls, a gravel parking lot, access roads, and preparation for the building pad, stormwater and catch basin piping, sewer line piping, water line piping, and seeding.
