Description

Joint Base Andrews (JBA) requires mold remediation work for buildings 1811, 1245, 1794, 1628 and 1345. They have experienced an increased presence of mold or fungal growth due to facility leaks, moisture collection and failed infrastructure seals. The identified cause of the moisture build up has been addressed. A detailed examination has confirmed the need for remediation to restore five (5) buildings to safe, clean, complete and usable spaces. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services necessary to perform mold remediation.



SITE VISIT: To attend the site visit, complete the attached "Base Access Form" and return to the POCs listed in this notice. This information must be provided no later than 3:00 PM EDT, 7 July 2025. Informaiton received after this date/time may not be processed in time for the site visit.
