REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SURVEYING SERVICES (26-0036)
The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting qualifications based responses to contract with Professional Consultant(s) (“Consultant”), which must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity registered to do business in the State of Texas with considerable experience in providing Professional Land Surveying Services for governmental entities.
Consultant shall provide surveying services on an on-call basis for specific projects. Services shall consist of, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
BOUNDARY SURVEY
HYDROGRAPHIC/BATHYMETRIC SURVEY
SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING (SUE)
CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING
Consultant may be required to perform site visits, document site observations, participate in progress meetings, upload reports to Procore, and other services to support quality assurance efforts. SJRA reserves the right to solicit other consultants within the three-year (3-yr) term.
