The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:Surveillance Trailers, Deterrence Pole Cameras as well as associated maintenance and repairs of this equipment.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
