for
Surveillance Improvement Project
Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has
released project number RFP20260410MCRWMA - Surveillance Improvement Project. MCRWMA is
seeking proposals from qualified firms to replace all existing cameras with new cameras at both MCRWMA
landfill sites and to add new cameras to cover previously unmonitored areas.

For prospective proposers, there will be a pre-proposal meeting and project site visits on April 22, 2026,
at 9:00 a.m. The pre-proposal meeting and site visits will begin at 7040 North Highway 59, Merced, CA
95348 and conclude at 17173 Billy Wright Road, Los Banos, CA 93635. Proposers interested in attending
must RSVP via email to procurements@mcagov.org by 10:00 a.m., April 21, 2026.
The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 p.m., PDT, April 28, 2026, via email to Magdalena Gartonzavesky,
HR and Procurement Specialist, at procurements@mcagov.org. Proposals are due electronically by 12:00
p.m. PDT, on May 12, 2026, and shall also be emailed to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR and Procurement
Specialist, at procurements@mcagov.org.
Proposers are responsible for making certain their proposal documentation is complete and is received
by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers
in responding to the RFP. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to cancel
this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by
the deadline indicated in the RFP. Any alterations to the RFP will be made by written addenda only.
Communications from proposers shall be submitted in writing (email) to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR
and Procurement Specialist, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other
communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the proposal
documents or project.
