Surveillance and Door Access Systems

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks to procure the Hardware, Software, Installation, Service and Support for SIGA’s Central Office and seven Casino sites for Avigilon Camera’s (Component #1) and Gallagher Card Access Systems (Component #2). In addition, to provide the Scope of Services described herein in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. SIGA will also require Professional Services to support design, installation and an ongoing support model for future expansions, as applicable. Proponents are invited to submit proposals on Component #1 or Component #2 or both Components #1 and #2.

A 1.PROJECT CONSTRAINTS

Proponents are to consider the following constraints in their proposal:

SIGA operates within a highly regulated environment.
SIGA’s casino operating hours are from 9:00am to 4:00am weekdays and twenty-four hours weekends, Saskatchewan Time (Varies by location).
SIGA’s Central Office operating hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Saskatchewan Time Monday through Friday, closed on Statutory Holidays.

4. Application for registration with the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Commission (SLGA) is required for business entities or associations of persons that:

• make, sell, advertise or distribute gaming supplies, or

• provide a gaming service, directly or indirectly, to SIGA or to a licensing authority, gaming operator or license holder.

Bidders shall confirm their present registration, or confirm their commitment to become registered with SLGA, https://www.slga.com/permits-and-licences/gaming-employees-and-suppliers- registration/gaming-supplier-registration. The successful Bidder cannot begin commencement of any and all awarded undertakings prior to Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA), Gaming registration approval being obtained.

5. Proponent must have a minimum of one Saskatchewan Office location.
