Surplus Equipment Recycling

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from properly qualified firms to provide surplus equipment recycling services for the City of Bentonville Information Technology Department. The successful proposer will demonstrate experience, efficiency, and environmentally sound practices for recycling or disposing of surplus equipment, including but not limited to electronics, office equipment, furniture, vehicles, and other miscellaneous items designated by the City. The awarded Proposer will be required to sign a binding Contract with the City; the awarded Contract will be for a one (1) year term, renewable annually upon mutual written agreement via amendment for a maximum term not to exceed three (3) years. The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple Proposers based on the City’s sole determination and in accordance with the City’s best interest.
