The Town of Surfside Beach seeks qualified bidders for construction of a new, single story Town Council and Courtroom Building of approximately 6,000 square feet, subject to plans and specifications in the bid documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on 6/23/2026 at 1:00 PM on site. The deadline for questions to the architect will be 7/23/2026 at 5:00 PM, which will be published in an addenda on the town website.
