Project Description: The work that is the subject of the bid comprises of the preparation of existing city streets for a High Density Mineral Bond Seal for the 2026 SURFACE SEAL PROJECT (the “Work”). The Work includes the furnishing and installation of High Density Mineral Bond (HDMB) seal per the HDMB Specification located in Appendix B, and installing traffic lines and markings per plan. Please note, prior to awarding the bid and throughout the duration of the contract, the City reserves the right to test that the product meets all criteria called out in the High Density Mineral Bond Specification located in Appendix B. Work near schools must be conducted after school ends in June and before school begins in August.
