Supreme Court Floors 1 & 2 Asbestos Abatement

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, December 18, 2025 for DPW Project 25010 ADM: Supreme Court Floors 1 & 2 Asbestos Abatement, Boise, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Asbestos abatement and build-back of the interior ceiling system at the Supreme Court Building Suites 205, 206, 207, and 208. The project will be phased to meet the Court’s schedule, with Suite 205 being phases 1 and 2, Suite 208 Phase 3, Suite 207 Phase 4, and Suite 206 Phase 5.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, December 5, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time, at the Idaho Supreme Court Building, 451 W State St, Boise, ID 83702. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
