The Houston Health Department (HHD) and Harris County Area Agency on Aging (HCAAA) are seeking proposals from qualified Texas based licensed contractors to provide residential repair services for residential homes in Houston-Harris County that are owned/occupied by an Older Adult (age 60+), residing in district B (map included in scope of work). These services include, but are not limited to, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and minor structural repairs, at a maximum cost of $5,000.00 each home. Please see scope of work for additional details.
If awarded, vendor must provide certificate of insurance with City of Houston as additional insured and complete drug policy form. Required for vendors working on City property.
