Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging & Disabilities Services (ADS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals to develop and implement the Support for Older Adult Caregivers of Persons with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD), and Older Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities program, to be tentatively provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027.
