Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide skilled labor services on an as-needed basis at the following Maryland Correctional Institutions: The Maryland State Correctional Institution at Hagerstown, The Central Maryland Correctional Facility, and the Jessup Correctional Institution.
