Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide skilled labor services on an as-needed basis at the following Maryland Correctional Institutions: The Maryland State Correctional Institution at Hagerstown, The Central Maryland Correctional Facility, and the Jessup Correctional Institution. Skilled workers must have a Maryland 1st Grade Stationary Engineer’s license issued by DLLR and be able to work flexible shifts. located at
