The City of Calgary is seeking a suitable supplier that can supply the specific items listed in below two (2) Schedules

1.        Schedule A: Live Floral stems and Branches
2.        Schedule B: Artificial Floral Stems and Branches and other materials

The quantities of supplies required may vary from season to season, and also from year to year.

It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of One(1)year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, for a maximum total term of five (5) years .
