Project Description: The Tooele County Roads Department is seeking bids for the supply of Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsion (PMRE) & Quick Set Emulsion (QSE) Oil to be used by the County for chip seal applications in our 2026 chip seal projects. The PMRE & QSE oil is required to meet the specific quality standards set forth in this IFB and will be used in conjunction with chip seal work on various roads in Tooele County.
