Supply of One (1) Brand New Class A Motor Home

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor within the province of Saskatchewan including the City of Lloydminster for the Supply of One (1) Brand New Class A Motor Home for Loyalty Promotions as specified in the RFQ document. The Motor Home must be available at the dealership for display and promotional activities by March 31, 2026, and retained by the dealer until June 15, 2026, at which time it will be presented to the winner.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

1. Substitute will be considered if it meets or exceed the minimum specifications of the referenced brands and are comparable in class, size, and overall market positioning to the models referenced in the RFQ.
2. All proposed substitutes must represent a mid- to high-end trim level within the manufacturer’s product line. Base models or entry-level trims will not be considered
3. Proposed substitutes must include detailed specifications that outlines all included features, options, and upgrades to clearly demonstrate equivalency or enhancement over the models referenced in the RFQ.
4. The Bidder shall provide a detailed floor plan and a comprehensive description of all finishing features for the proposed Motor Home.
5. If vehicle quoted has additional features, provide a list of what the additional features are and the associated costs. Attach a copy of the window sticker with your bid submission.
6. MUST BE A NEW Vehicle, must have low mileage or vehicle will not be accepted.
7. AC Tax, Tire Tax, Destination Fee and any discount must be included in the quote above.
8. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information along with your bid submission.
9. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet of the vehicle along with their bid submission.
10. The vehicle must be fully operational and prize-ready upon pick up, including all standard equipment, safety features, and necessary documentation for ownership transfer.
11. The Bidders shall ensure before award/pick-up that the vehicle is free from wear (rust), if it has been displayed outdoors at their location.
12. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
