Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is soliciting proposals through a competitive process from qualified supplier to provide the purchase and delivery of diffuser rock for a biofilter rehabilitation located at the Perris Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (PVRWRF) for a rehabilitation project. The requirements for the work are further described in Section 2 – Scope of Work.
