Supply of Aggregate Materials

The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a fixed priced annual contract for various aggregate materials to be ordered on an as needed basis by the City of Grapevine Departments . This contract shall be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications. The intent is to award one contract for the entire bid, but the City reserves the right to award separate contracts to separate bidders for each item if deemed in the best interest of the City that meet or exceed specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8.
