The National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the supply of 1 Critical Point Dryer (CPD). This CPD is essential for enhancing the NRC’s Quantum and Nanotechnology (QN) capabilities in high-precision, high-value material processing, particularly in research and development environments where the structural fidelity of micro- or nano-scale features is critical. The CPD technology is vital for applications such as drying biomedical scaffolds, post-processing of 3D printed parts with intricate channels, and preserving delicate microstructures without deformation. The equipment must meet all mandatory technical specifications, including fully automatic process control, programmable touch screen display, and advanced filtration systems to protect samples and valves. The system will also include comprehensive training and installation services, with a 2-year warranty on all parts and labor
