Scope of Work
1. Remove and demolish the old/existing RTU and refrigerant charge, includes disconnecting electrical and disconnect duct work. Environmentally dispose.
2. Supply and install new RTY (Make Trane – model WSJ180AWS0N, no substitution allowed) to replace existing Trane Rooftop Heat Pump. Includes reconnecting electric, new disconnect switch, new breaker, new feeder, new roof curb adaptor, and reconnect to the duct work.
3. Provide all requiring craning.
4. Provide all electrical for disconnect and reconnect and feed extension as required.
5. Provide Trane Factory startup and commissioning Cost of acquiring documents: Not Applicable
