Supply, delivery, and on-site support for pumps and controllers for USACE-MVK

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Scoggins Welding & Machine Shop, Inc. (CAGE Code: 10MC7) for the supply, delivery, and on-site support/installation services for the supplies listed below. The delivery and installation address: Enid Lake Field Office, 264 County Road 39, Enid Lake, MS 38927. All work is schedule to be complete within ninety days of purchase order award.

Supplies:

A quantity of three (3) 50GF23.7 (3Ph) HCP Model # 50GF23.7 / 5hp / 230 volt / single phase grinder pump with external start capacitors

A quantity of twenty-five (25) HCP Model # IGP-M231-15. – HCP Model # IGP-M231-15 / 3hp / 230 volt / single phase / with external capacitors

A quantity of eight (8) Sumpack duplex pump controller

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 5:00 PM CST on 9 April 2025, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
