Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Four Cylinder Hybrid Minivans

The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase multiple two (2) four cylinder hybrid minivans (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.
The City intends to issue purchase order(s) upon award, for two vehicles. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). The City encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis.  The City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.

In order to submit a Bid, Bidders must register as a Plan Taker for this Bid and also use the Bidding System to submit their Bid. Only registered Bidders will receive addenda notifications.

Addenda
Written addenda are the only means of varying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this Bid.
The City will only post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the Bid. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submitting their Bid. Bidders will acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission through the Bidding System

Dates
The City will not update BC Bid of any date changes related to this Bid.
