Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Ghana will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.





The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price supply and delivery contract. The requirement is for supply and delivery of 27 motor vehicles of various types to the U.S. Embassy Accra.



The anticipated period of performance is 120 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.



The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.





All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.





This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
