Solicitation Summary
The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids
to supply and deliver one (1) sewer camera tractor to be used by the Utilities division located at the Public Works Department, 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.
The sewer camera tractor shall be consistent with the specifications contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.
All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at
https://bidlocker.us/details/4786_Sewer_Camera_Tractor_Fy26
, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Tuesday, May 13, 2025, to all those who
have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.
Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at

, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.
