This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties wishing to provide the Supply and Delivery of Paper for Multi-Function Devices and/or Office Supplies (the “Products”) to a centralized BC Hydro location, on an as-needed basis. BC Hydro will select up to two successful Proponents for this RFP. Please see the RFP documents for details.
The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (4) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (7) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
