Supply and Delivery of Generator Sets

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines, will release a solicitation for the Supply and Delivery of Generator Sets.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about 3rd week of June 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.
