Supply and Delivery of Emulsified Polymer

Project Description: Toho Water Authority is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified, experienced Vendors for the supply and delivery of emulsified polymer for the dewatering of liquid solids sludge by processing through centrifuges and (1) belt filter press. It is estimated that the polymer used will be required to process approximately 50,020 wet tons of sludge cake during a twelve-month period (i.e., twelve (12) months of dewatering per year), or about 4,335 wet tons per month of dewatering operation.
