Supply & Delivery of Double-Sifted Clean Soil

The City of St. Petersburg, through its TASCO (Teens Achieving Success through Civic Opportunities) program, hosts an annual Mud Wars event designed to provide local youth with a fun, engaging, and supervised recreational experience. This event promotes teamwork, physical activity, and community involvement in a safe and structured environment.

To successfully execute this event, the City requires a reliable supplier to provide and deliver approximately 400 cubic yards of double-sifted, clean soil. The soil is a critical component of the event, ensuring a safe, debris-free mud play area that meets health and safety standards. Proper delivery and placement of the soil at designated on-site locations are essential to event setup and overall participant experience.

The Mud Wars event dates are held on July 8th and 9th, 2026. All areas are required to be set up by July 6, 2026 for safety walk through and inspection by the City.
